Description
So here is my Shinigami (Angel of Death) Shin. I created this new saiyan transformation cause i saw Ladys angel and it inspired me a lot 
[link] . First of all the condition to gain that saiyan level. You heart have to be pure good but the person must also possess wrath and sorrow. If he is near the dead and his wrath and sorrow is conecentrated he will transform into this state. he also have to pay a huge prize. He have to offer all his feelings and humanity. When a saiyan reach this form he will forget everything what and who he knew and have only one target REVENGE. After he terminate his targed the person (for example Shin) gonna die that means the body is dissolving and the ashes scatters in the wind.

Epic pic and I pitty anyone who has to face Shin like this, but with the drawbacks it really is nothing but a last option "He must die!" sorta thing
